    Really aside from rivers and lakes and streams, I know quite a few people who like to glide fish in the kelp beds in the ocean of the Santa Barbara channel! It’s a blast! A lot of Calico bass!!     This is just a guess, but what about the upper Sacramento River? Being that it’s a tailwater, I’m sure it has excellent water temps. and flows throughout the summer.
