I need to make a makeshift wooden cage for my wife cause shes getting out of control, and I wanted to know what some of the best brands of power tools were? I know of DeWalt, Black & Decker, Ryobi, etc…, but i wanted to know if any of you had any preferences.

I’m specifically looking at drills…if you know of any good ones feel free to post them too. Preferably around 40-80 bucks (can be a little more if its quality).

So far I’ve been looking at Sears and Home Depot for circular saws, table saws and sanders. We build our own custom furniture sporadically, but we’ve always borrowed tools so I think it’s time we get our own. What features should I look for and is there one brand that is much better quality?

What’s a good brand of power tool that will hold up under heavy use. I’m getting tired of wearing them out and buying new ones that fail after six months.

I’m not real familiar with the different types of lighting equipment. This lighting equipment will be used for our teen service night at church, to cut the main lights off, and use the stage/DJ lighting equipment to make the atmosphere more comfortable for the teens during praise and worship. If you have any suggestions or ideas on the types, models or brands of lighting equipment please let me know.
