Has anyone had any experience with MasterWorks power tools?

A store is selling MasterWorks brand hammer drills for 1/2 of what a BandD or Mikita would cost, but I have never heard of the brand and can’t find any info online. Has anyone used any of their products or know anything about the brand as to reliability etc? Thanks!

Wrist bands: David discussed that there has been a delay, this is due to collecting the relevant information before having them made.

OHS Mandatory training: Evacuation Drill: David discussed at the meeting that staff should be encourage to attend by supervisors. Also, David is happy to attend night training for night staff if this is needed. David also stated that he would like to organize a date with Div1 and Supervisors education session. Next, David mentioned that supervisors should refresh staff at handover, regarding code orange to make sure they are familiar with it, then they know what to do in case of a emergency. Staff also need to be aware of any residents that might be aggressive if there was a fire and to inform them of these residents.

Incidents report:Three staff incidents and 1 property incident. Jill discussed at the meeting that staff are not reporting staff incidents in a timely manner. Then, David mentioned that he will organize education sessions for staff on section 25 regarding duty of care. karen also mentioned that she will organize a training session for staff to attend Manual Handling training.

Water Heaters: Gary discussed how staff are putting heaters on full, Gary mentioned that they should stay on 3. Jill stated that she has informed staff via memo on a couple of occasions. Staff to refer to memo folder.

Moving Furniture: Gary mentioned that staff are moving furniture, which Jill had mentioned that this is not acceptable.

Fire Blanket: Cheryl discussed that we do not have any fire blankets to carry residents incase we have a fire. David said he would follow up to purchase some for the facility.

Rubber Stroppers: Jill discussed at the meeting for Sam to purchased rubber stoppers and place on lounge and furnture.

New Health and Safety committee: Jill welcomed all staff that have been selected and are now a part of the committee.

Falls Prevention: Committee discussed at the meeting regarding the falls prevention. Resident of the day form to be updated to include the Frat pack to be reviewed.

Faulty equipment: Staff are required to report any facity equipment straight away and remove that equipment. Staff need to make sure it is written in the maintenance book for the item to be fixed.

So, I’m about to start writing a food blog – basically, it’s going to be recipes, world cuisines, restaurant reviews (from everywhere I travel within the United States and throughout the world) and cook book reviews. I’ve had a comment before to do a calorie counter, but I absolutely hate counting calories…I don’t feel you need to, so I’m not really into that option. If you have any other ideas?? Types of things that you would enjoy learning about with food…should I do reviews on kitchen materials/equipment?? Any ideas are greatly appreciated…this project of mine means a lot.

I am considering satellite internet as I live in a rural area without access to broadband or dsl. I’ve read several negative customer reviews about Wildblue, Hughesnet, and Skyway USA. People complain about inconsistent or slow speeds, unreliable service and equipment, and unhelpful customer service. I would like to hear from anyone who has used any of these providers. Let me know what your experience was like.
