    one of the best ways to base coat large terrain pieces EVER!!!!

    One note; it takes a lot of paint to seal those edges – when using the “ruler” method for doing edges, they take a lot of paint to get in all the small indentations.

    This method is brilliant!!!!

    Hey Viv! Fantastic thought for paintin’ them up. Makes it quick getting the base coat on. Are you still in succession an acrylic paint through it or are you just using some kind of house paint?

    Thats awesome im surprised you didnt get it all over you too coz sometimes you can get a back spray if ypu get what i mean!! Thanks fer sharing tho

    Wow…. That is a fantastic equipment you’ve got there… Makes things simpler…. Maybe you can do another darker tone by spraying more further from the board. Nice one!!!

    @selfmedicateddrifter – mine is a Wagner W550 .. bough it for AUD$120 – I have cheaper ones but I wouldnt even use them to paint a fence! And no … this type of tool is not suitable for painting models.
