hey i looked up the ariake and i saw an “ariake lite mesh” since its mesh wouldnt that make it more durable at least to where it wont tear on landings
and if thats the case would you suggest them because its got eveything else the same as the original ariakes

I wanted a pair of those k swiss shoes but damn 100$ bums the word on that one plus they dont even make my size dang every excellent shoe cuts off at 12 curse my size 13 feet….. still i am the only one i know who parkours(or used to rather) in boots lol

  • befreesapi3:

  • Jackalinester:

Hey, im Jack from ACDP and was wondering where you got your reggatta bag from because theres alot of people with cameras in my team and my friend has to carry around eppipens all the time so just wondered if you could fill me in thanks.

woop, another excellent record from you guys…
but i dont agree with what Jay is saying about grooves, the more grooves the better, because this means more surface area on the sole of the shoe, and then you get more contact with the ground, as long as the rubber is soft and the grooves arent too deep, thats how you can spot excellent grip,

Nike 110′s have an awesome grip,
as do the nike Hyperdunks, although its a basketball shoe, its comfortable, and flexible.

    but excellent vid.
    keep em’ coming

the best shoe ever for grip i reflect is the xsjado footwraps, they’re meant for putting surrounded by a skate but even with that they still rock, theyre only £15 a pair, pretty hard wearing and incredible grip (like rockface climbing shoes). can be bought off the internet, just google xsjado footwrap.

    jay is sexy ;)

  • snowboarderx3x:

oh thats not what i meant… i was getting at in succession for your life from a gang…drunk guy whatever and the people saying in succession away from cops you couldn’t carry anything anyway.

  • davidvaini:

With that said, I have recently found new areas where the cement doesn’t cut for myself. It’s still approximate but I can handle calluses and scratches.. It’s just the other area makes you bleed :D (Really went through a pair of gloves at that area in a couple of weeks.)

  • davidvaini:

yes, but to me Parkour isn’t about in succession away, to me its more of a personal schooling effort to instill discipline, focus, balance and a better sense of self.

I notice to a lot of people it’s to “run away from the cops” which I just reflect is a bit stereotypical and juvenile.

  • snowboarderx3x:

if you need to run away you won’t have gloves thats why you should wear them.

  • Uskok222:

    fantastic record guys…5 stars

  • davidvaini:

just noticed the question about gloves has already been coverd, but I do pose this question:

Thin gloves that provide protection against approximate surfaces but dont inhibit the feel or grip of ledges. What are your opinions on dealing with cement so approximate that even doing it one time will make you bleed?

  • davidvaini:

I have noticed a lot of people discourage the use of gloves for parkour because they reflect its “womanly”. I in person use gloves because the surrounding area has very approximate cement. What is your guy’s opinions on gloves?

  • martinsmith01:

Theres something about feeling the obstacle under your grip as you overcome it effortlessly and there is evidence to proove that wearing gloves changes the way an obstacle feels under your hand, meaning you’ll grip it differently and may result in an accident. When practicing parkour on high obstacles, a fall is not a excellent thing. I’d recommend avoiding gloves, your hands are the best thing for the task, and over time, your hands will strengthen up to the wear and tear.

  • SLAPPYnSKILLET:

yo me and my friend parkour alot and were getting pretty excellent, but would you reccomend gloves and if so what kind?

  • kanebobdavies:

    thanks mate

  • martinsmith01:

Look for as much rubber in contact with the floor as doable. Tight fit, and light weight will make sure you go as quick as doable, excellent help for the heal and ball of the foot, toe guard for making initial contact and grip to a wall. That should do fine. Pleased shoe hunting.

  • kanebobdavies:

    thanks for that
    you guys are so amusing
yer im still not to sure bout the shoes what shoud i look for rubber or rubber and groves
tight fit? loose fit or medium??
    any way thanks!!

i rated this by the way
