How do i make a chair with no power tools?

Chairs really aren’t the simplest thing to make starting out, especially lacking power tools. But you DO have a power drill?? You’re pretty much going to have to cut wood, but I’m not sure how you want to do that.
Simplest thing to do: Build yourself a box that’s about 15 in. high and at least 12 in. square on top. So, this would mean:
4 pieces that are 12″ by 15″
Use wood glue and screws to attach them to each other.
Measure the top (it won’t be exactly 12″ because the sides overlap each other when you place them together.)
Cut wood to fit the top.
Use wood glue and screws to place it together.
EITHER:
Paint it and place a cushion on top OR
Use a staple gun to place batting on top and around, then stretch fabric over it and staple to the surrounded by.
*How to use a drill. Place a screw bit in the end, turn to low and make it go the right direction (usually two switches with arrows pointing opposite ways. One pushes the screw in, the other pulls it out) and gently squeeze the trigger. To use with screws: get the screws started, place the drill bit in the screw, HOLD THE DRILL STRAIGHT, and PUSH the drill steadily while you’re squeezing the trigger. If you hear a ratcheting sound, it’s slipping out of the screw and “stripping” the screw. If this happens you won’t be able to get your screw in or out. You probably won’t need to use it to make holes, but you do the same thing with a drill bit instead of a screwdriver bit.
Use PVC pipe and cover it with fabric.
