    That was the thought, but after using these for the last 6 years it’s become readily apparent that if the ionizing event can register on these it would have to be sustained and after prolonged use I’ve never noted any significant change in these. At least they’re simple to carry/use and forget about.

    Excellent review; I have a friend who worked in nuclear medicine that had to wear one of those at the hospital while working with the high-level synthetic radioisotopes all day, and even then it took a excellent 2 weeks or so previous to the needle in there went to the first graduation after 0 lol. Though an ionization event not related to actual radiation might budge that needle a bit during paranormal events, so they may be worth trying in the field (over at least a year) to see if anything happens.
