I am a totally new person to skating. Is this all the equipment I need?

I am looking for a good generator to use as a backup when the power is off. I found a nice model with good reviews that is very inexpensive, but the specifications say it’s 70 hz instead of 60. Will a 70 hz power frequency cause any more damage than just making my clocks run fast?
The generator in question is an Eastern Tool & Equipment TG52T42.

I am getting a work bench and some power tools for Christmas, and was wondering what were the most necessary for intermediate woodworking. Thanks
